Account information
When you sign up we store your email, name, role (customer or tuner), and basic profile details you provide.
Quote request information
Build details you submit (vehicle, ECU, mods, fuel, goal, budget, location) are stored and shared with tuners you send quote requests to.
Messages
Messages exchanged with tuners or customers are stored so both sides can access the conversation. Admins may review messages for moderation when reports are filed.
Email notifications
We send transactional emails (quote updates, messages, account events) using a third-party email provider. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails from your account settings.
Uploaded files
Tune files, datalogs, and chat attachments are stored privately and only shared with the relevant tuner or customer for the related job.
Beta feedback
Feedback you submit through the in-app beta feedback form is stored so the team can review and respond. Do not include sensitive information in feedback messages.
